How to steal the Roulette ?

Many “cheaters” in real casinos have been successful at the roulette table by using special techniques.

First of all, we will explain how the casino has an advantage over players at the roulette table (called the “House Edge”).

The roulette wheel has 37 pockets numbered from 0 to 36.

Thus half the numbers are even and the other half are odd (seems logical so far).

The pockets are also split into two categories: red pockets and black pockets. If a player bets 10€ on black, and the winning number is black, he or she will win back his or her 10€ and win and 10€ Euros more for the bet.

The 50/50 nature of the game means that neither the player nor the casino can win in the long run.

In reality, the house edge resides completely in the number zero. In roulette, this number is neither odd nor even, neither red nor black, (it’s green!).

So the house’s edge is thus 1/37, because all bets (except for a bet directly on zero) are losing bets when the number zero comes up.

Therefore, over time, if you bet 3700€ on roulette, the casino will win 100€ of what you’ve initially bet.

However in American roulette, there are two zero pockets: the zero 0 and the double zero. It’s totally understandable how this kind of roulette is twice as advantageous for the player as French roulette.

French Roulette isn’t really even worth playing! With this in mind, everything stands to reason that the German physicist was right.

You’d be better off stealing chips off the table as it’s really the only real way to win. But stealing chips from a casino can only cause you problems.

And very few people actually know how to steal chips from an online casino.

Nevertheless mathematicians and statisticians have worked on this problem and have created systems and strategies to actually win at roulette.

It is from this research that Martingales were born. A martingale is a system of progressively larger bets which allow the player to win money at the roulette table. Let’s say you first bet 10€ on red.

Black comes up on the wheel, so you bet 20€ on red. If red comes up this time, you will get back what you bet initially and what you had bet before.

If black comes up, you continue to double your bet by betting 40 €, and so on and so on. Logically speaking, at some point the red will come up and you will win.

The only problem with the system is that casinos know all about it and therefore it is prohibited to keep doubling your bet indefinitely.

There is an amount for a minimum bet and an amount for a maximum bet (or ceiling).

The trick is therefore to find online casinos that offer a large enough difference between minimum and maximum bets so that the martingale system can be profitable in the long run.
